Book your place at our in person ‘You Can Adopt’ Information Event

In addition to our online events, on 24th September we’re hosting a ‘You Can Adopt’ Evening at City Hall where you can enjoy the opportunity to explore adoption with the help of our Social Workers and one of our amazing adopters.

We’ll start at 6.15pm with a presentation which will cover

• The qualities needed to be an adoptive parent
• The type of children available to adopt
• How you can prepare yourself
• The process and timescales involved
• The support you can expect

After that one of our adopters will talk to you about her experience and offer you the opportunity to ask her (and our Social Workers) any questions you may have (there’ll also be the chance to do this over tea and coffee). The event will end at 8pm.
