Jake (5), Gracie (3) and Millie (0)

Jake, Gracie and Millie are a closely bonded trio who share a gentle affection for one another and a natural curiosity about the world around them.

They’re looking for a loving, patient, and nurturing forever family who can offer them stability, warmth, and the space to grow together surrounded by understanding, routine and plenty of fun.

Meet Jake – The gentle explorer

Jake is a happy, affectionate and imaginative five-year-old boy with soft brown hair and warm brown eyes. He’s a little adventurer who loves to explore, build with Lego, and dream up imaginative stories with his sisters.

Jake is proud of his growing independence – he can dress himself, brush his teeth, and help with little tasks around the house (often with great enthusiasm!). He loves routine and finds comfort in knowing what’s happening next, which helps him feel safe and confident.

At school, Jake enjoys learning and is particularly drawn to creative activities like art and building. He’s receiving pastoral support and awaiting a Speech and Language assessment to help him with communication, where he’s already making encouraging progress.

Jake is thoughtful and caring, especially towards his sisters. He prefers the company of adults but is slowly beginning to form friendships at school. When he becomes overwhelmed, calm reassurance helps him quickly return to his happy, smiling self.

Jake loves simple joys-colouring, music and a good cheese sandwich! His warm personality and gentle heart make him a truly special little boy who will flourish in a calm, consistent, and loving environment.

Meet Gracie – The little ray of sunshine (3)

With her soft blonde hair, twinkling blue eyes, and infectious giggle, Gracie is a burst of sunshine wherever she goes. She’s a bright, confident and curious three-year-old who is always ready to chat, create and explore.

Gracie is full of imagination and loves playing “kitchens,” colouring, and asking endless “why?” questions as she discovers the world around her. She’s described as resilient and joyful, bouncing back from life’s little challenges with a smile and a sparkle in her eye.

At pre-school, Gracie enjoys group play and is learning to build friendships. She thrives on positive attention from adults and is developing beautifully with the support of her foster carers and nursery staff.

Her bond with her brother Jake is strong – they share giggles, games and the occasional squabble over toys! Even at her young age, Gracie’s warmth, independence and cheerful personality shine through, making her an absolute delight to be around.

Meet Millie – The happy little dreamer (6 months)

Baby Millie is a sweet, cheerful little girl with light brown hair and big blue eyes that seem to take in everything around her. She’s calm, sociable, and full of curiosity, delighting in faces, voices and playful exchanges.

Millie’s gentle giggle fills her foster home and she’s thriving in her consistent routine of feeds, naps and play. She’s meeting her developmental milestones beautifully – enjoying tummy time, rolling and sitting with support.

Bath time is one of her favourite moments, and she loves being part of family life, watching her older siblings play nearby. Her joyful, contented nature makes her a true joy to care for.

Their bond

Jake, Gracie and Millie share a strong sibling bond that is central to who they are. Jake often takes on a caring “big brother” role, showing kindness and protectiveness toward his younger sisters. Gracie looks up to Jake and enjoys helping with Millie, who lights up when her siblings are near.

They find comfort and happiness in one another’s company – whether it’s playing, sharing stories or simply being together. Keeping this sibling group together in adoption is incredibly important, allowing them to continue growing and thriving within the security of each other’s love.

The family we’re seeking

These three wonderful children need a forever family who can offer stability, patience, and plenty of affection.

They will thrive in a calm, structured environment where routines help them feel safe, and where love and laughter fill the days.

Their future parents will ideally be:

  • Nurturing and understanding, able to offer emotional reassurance and consistency.
  • Playful and creative, ready to embrace their imagination and energy.
  • Committed to supporting their developmental and emotional needs with patience and positivity.
  • Open to maintaining contact with birth family members, which will support their sense of identity and connection.

Whether you’re a single adopter or a couple, what matters most is that you can offer a safe, loving home where Jake, Gracie, and Millie can continue to shine together. Please get in touch to find out more.
