Evie (2 months)

Evie is a beautiful baby girl with sparkling blue eyes full of curiosity and the sweetest gummy grin, she’ll capture your heart instantly.

She’s only a few months old but we can already see that Evie is a happy, sociable baby who thrives on connection. She loves being around people, responding with happy babbles, coos and giggles when spoken to. Her foster carers describe her as an absolute pleasure to care for – affectionate, engaging and already showing a wonderful ability to form bonds with both adults and children in her foster family.

Though still very young, Evie is already curious about her world. She enjoys lying on her play mat, watching the colourful toys dangle above her, or sitting in her bouncer to observe what’s going on around her. She has excellent head control, can sit propped up, and is beginning to grasp and explore objects with her tiny hands. Her motor skills are developing beautifully and she shows determination and delight in each new milestone.

Her days are filled with a happy rhythm of feeds, play, naps, and cuddles. Bathtime is a lovely part of her routine, followed by her last bottle and a cosy bedtime at 6:30 pm. At nap time or bedtime, she soothes herself with her dummy and cuddles a soft muslin against her cheek – simple comforts that help her feel secure.

Evie’s early life circumstances were not easy. She was exposed to substances in utero, and her antenatal environment was complex. Despite this, she has shown remarkable resilience and is currently meeting all her developmental milestones.

Her health is good, with no known allergies or concerns. She is thriving on anti-reflux milk, her vaccinations are up to date, and routine health checks have all been reassuring. Evie continues to grow strong and healthy, with professionals describing her progress as very positive.

Evie is a contented, affectionate little girl who is ready to flourish in a forever family. She would thrive in a home where she can be nurtured with love, patience, and consistency as she continues to grow.
