Chloe (6) and Jacob (5)

Meet adventure-loving Chloe and Jacob, a fun-loving duo who would make your home rock with fun and laughter. Like little magnets, it’s impossible not to be drawn into their world as they play.

Chloe and Jacob have an amazing bond, have always lived together and are full siblings.

Chloe is a very girly, girl who loves her dolls and pram and anything that sparkles. She’s chatty and friendly with her Social Worker who is working with her to help her understand and make sense of her life story and care plan.

Chloe and Jacob have had almost continuous social care involvement since their birth and because of their circumstances have had to be very independent, Chloe took on a parent role – feeding them both and getting  herself and Jacob ready for school and nursery, she even tried to run a bath for Jacob.

Now that they are being cared for by their foster parents, Chloe no longer worries about what she needs to do for him and can relax. She is still a very caring little girl but this is in line with her age and development and now she enjoys caring for her dolls.

Chloe is a kind and affectionate little girl. Her curiosity of life lends itself to being a little girl who loves to be out and about and will give most things a go. She’s a clever little girl who does like to please but she is also very articulate at expressing her own thoughts and feelings and she will share when she is unhappy or worried about something.

Now let me tell you more about little Jacob, an adorable little boy who has a big smile for everyone. He enjoys affection and will seek out his carers for hugs. He can also be over affectionate with people he just meets (because of his early experiences) but his foster carer is working on this with him.

Jacob loves nothing more than to play! Outdoors, he’ll be at his park on his bike and at home he can be found building his Lego and trains on the tracks.

Jacob has a kind heart and he is beginning to understand that sometimes his actions can hurt someone and he is now willing to say sorry. He is very big on talking about his feelings which is wonderful and he can articulate how he is feeling.

If you could open your heart and your home to these amazing little ones, please contact Family Adoption Links Leicester.
