Archie (3)

Meet master of the mud pies Archie! This sweet little boy has just turned 3 and loves playing with cars and being outside with his little friends. Archie has the best giggle and laughter is never far away.

Archie is a warm and affectionate child who enjoys nothing more than cuddling up with his foster carers. He can be a bit shy with new people, but after a short while, he is soon proudly showing them his toys. He’s a brilliantly active boy who has built good relationships at nursery with both the adults and the other children. He really looks forward to going.

Archie has made excellent progress since coming to live with his foster carers, he has a positive, loving and tactile relationship with them and is able to regulate his emotions. He currently finds it difficult to express himself verbally but we’re happy to see that this is really improving now he’s at nursery.

Archie’s a sociable little chap who enjoys spending time with the other children in his foster home. He’s into a great routine and goes to bed like a dream.

He’s having a great time at the moment learning to feed himself, this can be a very messy affair! He has a good understanding of what is said and asked of him and it’s amazing to see how hard he is trying with his words and the progress he is making.  Archie likes watching some TV and will sing along to the songs with a bit of encouragement.

We’re looking for a family that could love and accept Archie for who he is and who are able to accept some uncertainty as he grows and develops, advocating for him and nurturing him to help him realise his full potential. A family who could offer him learning opportunities and who have lots of love and time to share with him.

If you’d like to find out more about adopting Archie, please get in touch.
